Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Nature of Services

We provide customised digital marketing and SEO services. Because our work involves time-based professional effort and strategic intellectual labour, refunds generally do not apply once work has commenced.

2) Cancellations

• You may cancel within 12 hours of placing an order and before work begins.
• After work has started, cancellations are not possible and no refund is due.

3) Refunds

• Duplicate or erroneous payment: Refund issued upon verification.
• Non-delivery: If we fail to commence or deliver agreed work within a reasonable timeframe and the delay is solely attributable to us (not awaiting your inputs/access), a proportional refund may be considered.

4) No-Result Guarantee Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volumes, or sales due to dynamic algorithms, competition, and platform policy changes.

5) How to Request

Email info@autoonlinemarketing.co.uk with:

• Order ID, date, and amount
• Reason for cancellation/refund
• Supporting evidence (e.g., duplicate transaction reference)

6) Mode & Timeline of Refund

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay) within 7–10 working days from approval. Processing times may vary by bank/payment provider.
